Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for special steel smelting and forging processing.

Our steelmaking capabilities include 2 set of ultra-high power electric arc furnaces (50t and 25t), 2 set of LF refining furnaces (60t and 30t), and 2 set of vacuum degassing refining furnaces (60t and 30t). Additionally, we operate 4 sets of electroslag re-melting furnaces with capacities ranging from 1t to 20t.

For forging operations, we utilize advanced equipment such as 3 sets of electro-hydraulic hammers (3t, 5t, and 8t) and 3 sets of high-speed forging units with capacities of 1600t, 2000t, and 4500t, ensuring precision and efficiency in production.

In addition to forged materials, we supply hot-rolled materials sourced from leading manufacturers, including Dongbei Special Steel, Tiangong, Changcheng Special Steel, Lihuai Special Steel, Laisteel, Juneng Steel, Yongsteel, Xinxin Steel, and Shijiazhuang Steel. To support this, we maintain two dedicated warehouses for hot-rolled material storage.
