Factory
Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for special steel smelting and forging processing. Our steelmaking capabilities include 2 set of ultra-high power electric arc furnaces (50t and 25t), 2 set of LF refining furnaces (60t and 30t), and 2 set of vacuum degassing refining furnaces (60t and 30t). Additionally, we operate 4 sets of electroslag re-melting furnaces with capacities ranging from 1t to 20t.
For forging press, we equipped advanced 2000T radial forging press which imported from GFM Austria, besides we also have 3 sets of electro-hydraulic hammers (3t, 5t, and 8t) and 3 sets of high-speed forging press with capacities of 1600t, 2000t, and 4500t.
