102Cr6/1.2067 is a widely used high-carbon chromium bearing steel according to the German standard DIN 17350. It is known for its high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and good dimensional stability after heat treatment. Due to its common application and reliable performance, many countries have equivalent grades to DIN 1.2067. Such as L3 from the American ASTM A681 standard, SUJ2 from the Japanese standard JIS G4805, and GCr15 from the Chinese standard GB/T 18254.
1.2067 steel contains a high carbon content and chromium, which serve as key elements for forming hard carbides and enhancing hardenability. The chromium content improves the steel's resistance to wear and corrosion, making it suitable for applications requiring high durability and precision.
